Ever since my new addiction to PINTEREST.com I have wanted to start blogging again so here goes :)

Easton was baptized at The Little Brown Church in Nashua as were the other two kiddos. The Little Brown Church has a special place in my heart since it was were my grandma and grandpa were married. The Pastor there is such a warm sweet man!

The Kiddos Party

Since I'm very far behind on blogging I guess I will start with the kiddos birthday party. We had the party in the back yard again, it seams to work out pretty well that way. It was so hot that we asked all the kids friends to bring swimsuits so they could swim. It was a blast, thank you to everyone that came, it really means a lot to Cody, the kids and I.

The Parade

For the Parade we always sit with Cody's family. It works out very nicely because we can just show up moments before and have a spot instead of having to search and search for a spot! That and having a couple extra people to entertain Emma is always great :o)

Kids Day Part 1

The Friday of 4Th Of July weekend Charles City always has Kids Day. Kids day starts with a Kid's Parade where all the children (cough cough MOMS) decorate floats. A couple other moms and I got together Thursday to take turns watching the kiddos and making our signs. Then when we got home Everett and I blew up balloons and stuck them on the wagon. All the balloons blew away before the parade, it was a little windy!

All the kids who did the parade were entered for prices, we didn't win anything.

They had free face painting, most kids got 4Th of July pictures, the lady was a little stunned when Rett asked for a fire truck.
I hope I'm not letting out any huge secrets here, but in the bee costume is Cody's cousins Katie, of course Everett didn't know that :)

Saturday Easter

Saturday we had Easter on the Schmitt side, at Cody's Aunt Debbie's house. We had a wonderful lunch, hunted eggs, and played outside. Emma did so WELL at the Easter Egg Hunt you would have thought she was a pro. Everett really got into it also. Then it was home for naps. After naps Craig and Jackie came in for some grilling and a movie.
